  • Yes. You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license to rent and operate a jet ski. Passengers under 16 years old are prohibited.

  • No. While North Carolina Law requires a person born on or after January 1, 1988 to possess a boating license before operating a jet ski, an exception to this rule is if the person operates the jet ski pursuant to a rental or lease agreement from a vessel rental or leasing business that lists the person as the authorized operator of the jet ski (see N.C. G.S. 75A-16.2(b)(5)).

    Notwithstanding, it is strongly recommended that you complete and pass the boating safety course and obtain your boating license prior to operating the jet ski(s). The online course can be completed at www.boat-ed.com/northcarolina/.

  • You must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the date of your scheduled reservation.

  • You will be charged $100.00 for every 30 minutes beyond your rental period.

  • We require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit per jet ski to hold your reservation. This deposit will be credited against the rental amount.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any rental due to inclement weather or other unsafe weather conditions. If a ride is cancelled due to bad weather, we may either prorate a monetary return in place of time lost or may issue a voucher for a rental at another date and time. Under no circumstances will the deposit be refunded except that you may carry the deposit to another rental date if you are unable to begin your trip due to inclement weather.

  • Nope, you'll have to fill up the gas tank after using it. For a $50 fee, we’re happy to do it for you!

  • No. Due to safety requirements tubing or any other sort of towing activity is strictly prohibited.

  • Maximum of two (2) people per jet ski.

  • There is a small storage area on the jet ski for some drinks and snacks. Alcohol is strictly prohibited. You are required to remove all trash and personal items from the jet ski upon return. Excessive uncleanliness and trash left on board may incur a cleaning fee.

  • Yes, we provide life jackets for all riders.

  • No. Beaching or deliberately pulling a jet ski onto a shoreline risks damaging the jet ski and it's equipment. This can also be a potential safety hazard to all riders. Any jet ski that returns with evidence of damages will be charged accordingly. You are responsible for any damages incurred to the jet ski and equipment.

  • Yes! All jet skis come equipped with bluetooth speakers.

  • Upon your reservation and payment of the non-refundable deposit, you will receive an email that sets forth the next steps, which will include directions on final payment. You will also be required to sign a contract prior to your operation of the jet ski.

    On the day of your reservation, you will be greeted by representatives of the company who will accept final payment and review, among other things, boater education, operation of the jet ski, and the terms and conditions of your contract. They will also answer any additional questions or concerns that you have at that time.
